How to Delete Your Review Manager Account
In strict accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), UK GDPR, and Canadian PIPEDA regulations, Review Manager offers a full in-app account deletion mechanism that immediately and permanently erases all your associated data.
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can delete your account directly from your iPhone, iPad, or Android device:
- Open the Review Manager app on your device.
- Tap the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings view.
- Tap the red button labeled "Delete Account & Erase All Data".
- Review the warning prompt and tap "Permanently Delete" to confirm.
Option 2: Web & Email Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the mobile app, you can request manual erasure by emailing our support desk:

Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email]
Requests sent via email will be processed within 48 hours following security verification.
What Data is Permanently Erased?
- Your Firebase Authentication account credentials and login sessions.
- All registered business profiles, names, addresses, and Google Review URLs.
- All generated review reply history, variants, and customer review snippets.
- All subscription tracking records and monthly quota logs.
- All customer support tickets and communication records.
Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions should be canceled in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings to prevent future renewals.
