1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Review Manager mobile app, web application, or admin portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Regional Availability & Payment Gateways

• India: The mobile app (iOS and Android) is available exclusively in India with INR subscriptions through RevenueCat (Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase). Web subscriptions are billed via Razorpay Subscriptions (UPI AutoPay, RuPay/Cards). Prices include 18% GST.
• United States: US businesses access Review Manager via the Owner Web Portal (/app). Subscriptions are billed in USD via Stripe Checkout with Stripe Tax calculation and Stripe Customer Portal billing management.

3. Strict Anti-Review-Gating Policy

Review Manager is built in strict adherence to Google's Review Guidelines. Users may not:

• Filter or selectively solicit reviews only from customers known to have had positive experiences.
• Offer discounts, gift vouchers, cash, free food, or incentives in exchange for reviews.
• Use automated review response systems to post replies directly to Google without manual merchant review.

4. AI-Generated Drafted Content

Review replies are drafted by Claude AI models calibrated to the customer's rating, tone, and script (English, Devanagari Hindi, or Roman Hinglish). The business owner retains ultimate editorial control and responsibility for reviewing, modifying, and manually posting replies to their Google Business Profile.

5. Data Retention & Erasure

Under India's DPDP Act 2023 and US state privacy laws, raw review text submitted to the service is permanently purged after 30 days. You may exercise complete data deletion at any time via the settings menu or our dedicated account deletion page.
